GENERAL STATEMENT OF QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY
It is the policy of this company to ensure that all reasonable and practical measures are taken to assure the minimum and conformed quality of works executed by the company directly or indirectly for successful execution of any project / contracts 

The Company shall adopt a Standard Quality Assurance Plan in its effort to assure minimum quality of works. The Company will also ensure that arrangements exist for effective consultation between management and employees' representatives for suitable adaptation in its effort to reduce and control non-conformities. As an aid to joint consultation, periodic quality meetings will be held at sites.

It is the duty of all the employees to make themselves familiar with and abide by the company's policy, to accept and carry out their responsibilities under the policy and to ensure, that all work completed is of minimum and conformed quality. 

The Company carries out many operations where quality must be a relevant consideration and where the full satisfaction of contract requirements may not necessarily be sufficient. Accordingly, those who authorize work to be carried out at any time must ensure that all aspects of minimum Quality are taken fully into account when formulating their instructions.

The Policy may be adapted as necessary to ensure compliance with the requirements of clients, consultant and local statutory bodies where the company's activities are carried out. However, any such adaptation must not detract from the stated objectives and principles of this Policy.
 
GENERAL STATEMENT OF COMPANY POLICY FOR HEALTH & SAFETY
It is the policy of this company to ensure that all reasonable and practical measures are taken to ensure the health and safety of all its direct employees, indirect employees, the general public and any other persons who may be adversely affected by the company's activities.

It is the duty of all the employees to make themselves familiar with and abide by the company's policy, to accept and carry out their responsibilities under the policy and to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that all work is carried out in a safe manner.

The Company carries out many operations where safety must be a relevant consideration and where the full satisfaction of legal requirements may not necessarily be sufficient. Accordingly, those who authorise work to be carried out at any time must ensure that all aspects of Health and Safety are taken fully into account when formulating their instructions.

The Company will ensure that arrangements exist for effective consultation on matters of health and safety between management and employees' representatives in its effort to reduce and control accidents and unsafe & unhealthy situations. As an aid to joint consultation, periodic safety meetings will be held at sites.
 
All employees have responsibilities as per organization chart indicating lines of responsibility and communication at management. Whilst the Company accepts its prime responsibility for ensuring the heath and safety of its' employees, it is expected that all employees accept their responsibilities where they are required to:
Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
Co-operate with management and any other persons to enable the Company to fulfil its legal obligations.
Not to interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interests of health and safety.
The Policy may be adapted as necessary to ensure compliance with the requirements of clients, consultant and local statutory bodies where the company's activities are carried out. However, any such adaptation must not detract from the stated objectives and principles of this Policy.
